iPro Skills Academy Refund Policy

At iProSkills Academy, we carefully plan staffing, facility rentals, league registrations, tournament commitments, and operational expenses in advance. For this reason, we maintain the following refund policy:

Program Registration
All registrations are final once accepted.
No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Missed sessions, practices, games, or camp days are non-refundable and cannot be credited, transferred, or carried over.

Camps & Short-Term Programs
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If cancellation is requested 30+ days before the start date, a partial refund may be considered, less a non-refundable administrative fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued once the program has started.

Season-Long Programs / Club Teams
Upon acceptance to a team or seasonal program, families commit to the full seasonal tuition.
Payments remain due regardless of attendance.
No refunds are provided for withdrawal during the season.

Medical Exception
A partial refund or credit may be considered only in the case of a documented season-ending injury.

A licensed medical professional’s written documentation is required.
Any approved refund or credit will be prorated at the Academy’s discretion.

By registering for any iProSkills Academy program, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
