How do I reserve a spot in the camp?

Registrations are on a first come first serve basis. The registration form must be completed and fully paid online. Visit our website and select the camp you would like to participate in and fill the form on the camp page. Registration confirmation will be sent automatically to your email address confirming the registration.

How do I make an online payment?

Payments online are completed through a secured PayPal platform. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have problems paying with our platform, please contact our offices at 773-799-0535.

Other payment methods include Venmo or Zelle.

What is your refund/ cancelation policy?

A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued for campers canceling up to 4 weeks before the start of camp. Within four weeks of the camp start date, no refunds are available; you may switch into a different week of camp. If we don’t meet the minimum registration numbers, we reserve the right to cancel the camp within two weeks of the camp’s start date in which instance you will receive a full refund.

There will be no refunds or make up session for cancelation, unattended days or sevre weather conditions. The decision to cancel and/or modify a program including camp location and time depends solely on the iProSkills Academy staff.

What age is the iProSkills soccer camps for?

iProSkills soccer camps are geared toward children ages 5 through high school. The camp is for boys and girls of all abilities.

What are the primary languages spoken in the camps?

The primary language spoken is English, but all the coaches speak together 17 languages, including French, Spanish, Rusian, Serbian, Polish, Romanian and Hebrew.

How do I get my iProSkills Academy Camp training kit?

For FULL WEEK registered players, the TRAINING KIT IS FREE.
Arrive 20 min earlier, and you can pick it up from the camp location every Monday, before the training session starts.

How do you set up the practice groups on the first day?

All participants are separated by age. Within the first two days, the participants are all evaluated by iProSkills coaches and switched to a more fitting team based on their skill level.

What is the ratio coach/player?

1 coach for every 12-14 players

The practice field, is it natural or artificial grass?

Both: natural grass and futsal court (player needs two pairs of shoes : soccer cleats and flat soccer shoes )

What to do in case of inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather during the camp, all campers will be asked to leave the field to the designated shelter area. If camp is canceled once started, you will be asked to pick up the player. No refunds will be given if a camp must be interrupted or canceled for reasons beyond our control (i.e. bad weather).

What happens if rains during the camp?

If rains without lighting practice occur as in the schedule.
If rains and lighting, all players will be sheltered inside the field house. Players will return to activities 15 minutes after the last lighting.
Players need to bring with them rain jackets and have a set of clothes to change.

Do you offer special group discounts/sibling discounts?

Yes, we do. If you want to register a group of 10 or more players, call us at 773-799-0535 and we will give you specific instructions to get the discounted rate. If you are registering siblings, contact us.

Are parents allowed to visit during training?

Parents can visit during training sessions as long as they do not interfere in the process of the program. They are designated areas where parents will be allowed to be.

Is lunch included in the camp cost?

Lunch is not included in the camp cost. All participants must bring their own lunch in an adequate lunch box.

When do participants eat lunch?

Lunch break is daily from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

What does each participant need to bring?

Players must bring: soccer cleats, individual water bottle, packed lunch, sunscreen, full training kit (iProSkills jersey, shorts, socks) It is also highly recommended that players bring shinguards, a healthy snack, and isotonic drinks such as Powerade, Gatorade, etc. Lunch is not included in the camp cost. All participants must bring their own lunch in an adequate lunch box.

What will happen if my child gets injured during the camp?

Injuries are unfortunately a part of contact and collision sports such as soccer. A fully qualified professional will always be on-site to access the injury and treat them accordingly and parents will be notified right away.

What to bring:

  • Snacks
  • For Full Day program, a healthy lunch + snacks
  • Water bottle with name on it
  • Sunscreen
  • Participants should come ready to play in full soccer attire each day
  • Players will need two pairs of soccer shoes: outdoor cleats and flat soccer shoes. We will use our FUTSAL courts daily.
  • Rain jacket and set of clothes to change when it rains.
iProSkills Academy Chicago (“we” in the following Terms and Conditions document) provides youth soccer programs including, but not limited to, Soccer School, Soccer Camps, Soccer Clinics, Soccer Tryouts, and other soccer-related training, events, and entertainment.

Medical Waiver
Recognizing the possibility of injury or illness, and in consideration for participation in iProSkills Academy Chicago programs, I consent to my child participating in activities organized by iProSkills Academy Chicago. I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless iProSkills Academy Chicago, its member organizations and sponsors, their employees, associated personnel, and volunteers, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for the programs, from any claim by or on behalf of my child arising from participation.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in all selected activities and that I have disclosed any known medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, or injuries that may affect participation. In the event of an emergency, I authorize iProSkills Academy staff to administer basic first aid and/or secure emergency medical treatment on my child’s behalf. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

I agree that if it appears my child may have sustained a concussion or head injury, they will be removed from camp or competition until examined and cleared to return by a trained medical professional.

Photo Release
I grant iProSkills Academy full permission to photograph, film, or record my child during camp activities for purposes including marketing, education, promotion, and archival documentation. Media may be used in digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, websites, press coverage, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube). I understand that I will not receive compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve materials in which my child’s image or likeness appears.

To opt out of the media release, a written request must be emailed to contact@iproskills.com and must include the following language: “I (insert name), in reference to my child(ren) (insert name(s)), do not grant iProSkills Academy Chicago permission to use media that includes me, my child, and/or my family.”
