Our flagship program for young athletes, iProSkills Core offers high-quality soccer training for children ages 4 to 16. Most players ages 4-6 participate in iProSkills Juniors, a fun, developmental program that introduces young athletes to soccer, teaches them basic footwork and skills and prepares them for competitive play. Children in this age range who are ready for the next step may have the option to join the iProSkills Competitive Program.
Players ages 7-16 in our iProSkills Competitive Program are assigned to a team based on age and current skill level and take part in weekly practices and games. Players looking to challenge themselves may add extra weekly practices or may be given the opportunity to practice with older teams. Our coaches are flexible and creative in meeting the needs of each player and family.
Practices for both groups involve a combination of individual and group activities, drills, footwork, challenges, and scrimmages. At all ages and levels, our results-driven, European-style program emphasizes individual development, hard work, integrity, and mental preparation. iProSkills is invested in all aspects of our athletes’ development. Players are expected to maintain a respectful attitude and are held accountable for their academic performance.

*Players born in who are newer to soccer may participate in our U7 Pre-Competitive program for players born in and . This program involves two weekly practices and friendly games on weekends in a 4v4 format. Players ready for more of a challenge may join the iProSkills Competitive Program on a U8 team. U8 teams practice twice a week or more if desired, and participate in 4v4 and 7v7 competitive league games on weekends.
